Why Admin recruit new gm and kick old gm

For all info i'm kicking GM-FazLy because he is selling his gm set 2 time to other player.
And he claim to me that he is making event and give that set.
Is that fair to me.

GM-Fazly also give his members fame for ranking in Apprentice server.
Is that fair for all. Im will never tell you all who's player is that, but u can see your self.

GM-Aril also dont making my server is upside down. Using GM chat like ever he like and many more.
DOnt ask any more about that.

IF GM must behave like GM not admin or else.
